Respond24 is available to all IBC Clients and is a Direct Emergency/Security Helpline providing assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If, in the event of a stressful situation a Client has a concern with any suspicious activity, feels scared or needs help, then a call to our Respond24 Helpline will place them in the hands of one of our Trained Bi-lingual Central Operators who will take the appropriate actions in providing comfort and assistance.
A Fast Response/K9 Unit will be immediately dispatched to give help and assistance, and will stay with the Client until the situation is resolved and if necessary, the operator will contact any of the Emergency services that maybe needed
