An encoded message will within seconds be received at our Monitoring Central, by our fully trained, bilingual operators.

The user’s personal identity details will then be automatically displayed and the exact location and coordinates will be established on Google Maps. Our trained bilingual operators will now open a two-way speech channel to the device, to communicate directly with the user.

With voice contact now established, our aim is to reassure and identify action steps required.  If Emergency Services are required, they will be promptly notified and all vital information relayed. One of our operators will remain with the user on the two-way speech channel, reassuring that help is on the way, while the other operator will be on the phone with the Emergency Services.

The two-way speech channel will only be terminated once the user advises our operators that they are safe.
